Booking requests

Submitting a booking form or enquiry on this website is a request for a service. It does not create a contract and does not guarantee an appointment. A booking is confirmed only when we contact you and we both agree the service, scope, price and appointment time.

Your preferred date and time are not guaranteed. If they are not available, we will contact you to agree an alternative.

Prices and quotes

Any price or estimate given before the scope of the job has been agreed is an indication only. The confirmed price is the one we agree with you before your appointment. If the work required differs significantly from the details provided, we will discuss this with you before carrying out any additional work.

Payment, cancellation and rescheduling

No payment is taken when you submit a booking request or enquiry. Once a price is agreed we send you our payment details, as set out on our payment page. Payment terms, and any notice period for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, will be explained to you when we confirm your booking.

Results

We clean thoroughly to the scope agreed with you. Some stains, marks, limescale or damage may be permanent, and we cannot guarantee that every surface can be restored. For end-of-tenancy cleans, decisions about deposits are made by landlords and letting agents, and we cannot guarantee their outcome.

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information and may change. The Paxora name and logo belong to Paxora Services Limited and may not be used without permission.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
