Who we are

What we collect

When you send a booking request, quote request, enquiry or job application, we collect the details you choose to give us, such as:

• your name, email address and telephone number;
• the address and postcode of the property or premises to be cleaned;
• details about the property, the service you need, and your preferred dates and times;
• for business enquiries, your organisation name and role;
• any access information or notes you provide;
• for job applications, the role and area you are interested in, your right to work in the UK, your transport, availability and experience.

Please do not include sensitive information (for example, health details) unless it is needed for us to carry out the clean safely.

How we use it

• to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote;
• to arrange, confirm and carry out your cleaning appointment;
• to contact you about changes to a booking;
• to consider your job application and contact you about it;
• to keep records we are required to keep for accounting and legal purposes.

Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing our contract with you, complying with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

How your information reaches us

This website does not store your details in a database. When you submit a form, your details are sent by our email provider, Resend, to our business inbox, and a confirmation is sent to the email address you gave us. Resend processes the information on our behalf. The website is hosted by Vercel.

To protect our forms from abuse, your IP address and a scrambled form of your email address are held briefly in the website’s memory to count how often a form is used. They are not stored in a database or used for anything else.

To save your progress while you complete the booking form, your answers are kept temporarily in your own browser’s session storage. This is cleared when you send the form or close the browser tab.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a customer, for the duration of our relationship and for as long afterwards as required for legal and accounting purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. To make a request, contact us using the details above.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
