Quoting notes
- Prices are indicative, not a guaranteed fixed quote. Property condition, bedrooms and bathrooms, access, parking and the exact scope determine the final quote.
- Heavy soiling, extra bathrooms, extensive limescale or grease, mould treatment, waste removal, high or external windows and specialist work may cost extra.
- Carpet and upholstery prices depend on the number and size of areas, the fabric or material, any stains and the cleaning method.
- VAT may apply to the final price. We confirm the total, including any VAT, before your booking.

Estimates and confirmed prices
When you send a booking request or enquiry, we review the details and confirm a price for the agreed scope before your appointment is booked. If anything about the job changes, we will discuss it with you first — we never change the price of an agreed booking without your say-so.
For regular cleaning, the price is agreed for each visit based on the frequency and tasks you choose.

Do I pay online?
Not when you book. Once we have agreed your price we send you our payment details, as set out on our payment page. Payment arrangements are confirmed with you when we agree your booking.
